WHAT PAYMENT IS REQUIRED?

Once we have found a suitable date for your party a $100 is required to secure the booking. The balance is payable 7 days prior to the sleepover date.

 

 

WHAT IS THE THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

No cancellations are granted within 7 days prior to your sleepover date. However changes to dates and teepee numbers are permitted more than 7 days prior to your sleepover date, subject to availability.

 

 

HOW MUCH SPACE DO I NEED PER TEEPEE?

Every teepee set up comes with a teepee, a mattress and a breakfast table. To allow enough space to cater for these 3 items each set up would require a space of 1m ( width ) x  2m ( length ).

Don't worry! We can set up the camp site in many configurations, to make them fit into the space you have!

 

DO YOU DELIVER ALL OVER MELBOURNE?

We currently service ALL suburbs in the greater Melbourne area. If you are outside this area we may still be able to accommodate you, to check with us please call on 0419 979 888

 

 

WHAT IS THE HIRE PERIOD?

Generally we set up your camp site 2 hours prior to your party start time and pack it up once your party has finished. Times are negotiable and can be extended or adjusted according to your needs and our availability.

 

 

HOW LONG WILL THE SET UP TAKE?

A base package set up of 5 teepees generally takes about 1 hour to set up, this can vary in accordance with the space and the surrounds of the area we are setting up in.

 

 

ARE THE TEEPEES WATERPROOF?

Unfortunately our teepees are NOT waterproof and are for indoor use only.

 

 

HOW ARE THE TEE PEES CLEANED?

All of our bedding is washed in sensitive laundry liquid. Our Teepees covers are also washed in sensitive laundry liquid. Our teepee frames and all of our accessories including breakfast tables, lights and lanterns are disinfected after every use.
